Choreographed by local acclaimed choreographers, Jen Alden, Bayleigh Head, Alicia Chesser, Valeria Fleming, Sheri Hayden, Kate Jacobs, Tamara Moore, Heather Hall Newman, Nina Madsen Puckett, Kymber Sage, Lexie Jo Sweeney, Ronnie Underwood, and Cassie Waggoner this performance intertwines classical and modern dance forms as well as Aerial dance to vividly portray themes of sin, redemption, and the human condition. The dancers will embody the various souls encountered by Dante, each circle represented through dynamic movement, powerful imagery, and an original score from contemporary artists.
"We aim to create an immersive experience that not only pays homage to Dante's vivid descriptions but also resonates with today’s audience," says Jen Alden, Tethered Director. "This performance challenges viewers to reflect on their own journeys and moral choices."
